To sign-up for cross-carriage pack, please email the following documents to business@starhub.com. 

Email Subject: Cross-carriage Application – Company Name – BRN. 

  • Completed cross-carriage application form (download the application form).
  • A copy of your company’s business profile from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA), dated within 3 months from the date on the application form.
  • A photocopy of your Authorized Officer’s NRIC/FIN/passport (front and back)
  • A Singtel TV bill dated within 3 months from the date on the application form.

 

Activation of service is subject to StarHub’s acceptance of your application. Minimum processing time is 7 working days.
