How do I sign up for a Star Plan?

Simply download the StarHub App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store to start.

You can also buy a Star Plan at StarHub authorised resellers.

What are the requirements for signing up?

Our all-in-one mobile Star Plan are available for sign-up to anyone 18 years old and above, locals and foreigners alike. All you need is a valid NRIC, passport or work pass, and a Mastercard/Visa/American Express debit or credit card.

Simply download the StarHub App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store to start.

How do I know if my sign-up is successful?

You'll receive a notification via the StarHub App and an SMS upon successful sign-up and payment.

What happens after it's confirmed that my Star Plan sign-up is successful?

Your SIM card will be delivered to you upon successful sign up. You can start using your Star Plan service after activation on the StarHub App.

I have yet to receive my SIM card and I changed my mind about getting a Star Plan. Can I get a refund?

Successful orders are non-refundable.

I received a notification that my order has been cancelled. What should I do?

To avoid order cancellation, make sure to activate your Star Plan within 21 days of order submission. If your order has been cancelled, please contact us for further assistance.

How do I verify my documents on the app during registration?

Simply follow the on-screen instructions to submit your personal particulars/valid ID.

How long will it take to verify my identity? Can I start using my Star Plan benefits before ID verification is completed?

Your ID verification will be completed within a few minutes. You can begin using your Star Plan after successful ID verification.

I'm unable to verify my documents on the app/there's an error message when verifying my identity. What should I do?

Simply follow the on-screen instructions to resubmit your personal particulars/valid ID.

Make sure to provide the correct information and submit a clear image of your valid ID. When taking your photo, go to a well-lit environment that allows your facial features to be clearly captured.

I received a message that I should go to the shop for assistance on ID verification. What should I bring with me? Can I go to any shop?

Simply bring along your mobile phone with the StarHub App installed and your valid ID. Approach any of our Sales Advisors at any StarHub shop to seek assistance on your ID verification.

My order was submitted despite my ID not being verified successfully. What should I do?

How do I make changes to my personal particulars after signing up?

You can change your personal particulars on the StarHub App. Simply log in to your account and select "More" to manage your account. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to update your personal particulars or resubmit your ID for verification.
